Auditor Notes: Yes. During the route to the field it was observed that in the adjacent lands (south side of lower patric ranch) there are the river area and sufficient means for the development of wild life.

Comments: The river boundary that borders the Patrick Ranch is monitored by ranch foremen and employees for any signs of rodents and animal intrusion or activity. If any problems are detected, the area is buffered.
