Comments: Horses are located on adjacent East side of lots 1 & 3. An 100ft buffer has been established per shipper's requirement and there's also a drain ditch in place.

Comments: AW Johnson didn't apply any compost or other animal based product as fertilizer. Either dry or liquid fertilizers supplied by Wilbur-Ellis are not animal based fertilizers. Annual letter of assurance from fertilizer supplier is enclosed.
