Answer: Yes
Auditor Notes: Yes. There was 1 dogs restrained in proximity of the ranch. Note: South Cocopah Ranch
Answer:  We have fully completed the corrective action(s)
Comments: Dog is restained inside a fenced area at residence, frequent inspection of the area confirms that the dog is kept inside the area.

Question 04.02a Have physical measures been put in place to restrain domestic animals, grazing lands, (includes homes with hobby farms, and non commercial livestock) and their waste from entering the growing area (e.g. vegetative strips, wind breaks, physical barriers, berms, fences, diversion ditches.)?
Answer: No
Auditor Notes: No. Physical measures are in place to restrain dog; however, at the time of the audit there was evidence of animal activity on the perimeter of the ranch.

Comments: The activity and animal excrement found on south and farm road was identified as coyote feces, this feces was removed and daily monitoring inspections accur by various grower employees.

Answer: Yes
Auditor Notes: Yes. Animals do haves access to the canals. Note: Monitoring canals does take place.

Comments: A water sanitary is performed monthly, as well.

Answer: Yes
Auditor Notes: Yes. There was litter around a house adjacent to the ranch (note: it is in the process of being cleaned). Lots near the litter 157 and 152 of the East McDaniel Ranch. Also, there was debris from the HWY 95 lots 151 and 152 had litter from the road.

Auditor Notes: No. It was observed ranch did not a gate at the entrance.

Comments: The ncanals and canal roads to access the ranches are not private property, ranch management is trained for Food Sacurity.
