Answer: Yes

Auditor Notes: Yes. There was evidence of unrestrained dogs in proximity of the growing area.

Answer:  We have fully completed the corrective action(s)

Comments: The perimeter of most of the houses located on the west and south side of the ranch was fenced.

Question 04.02a Have physical measures been put in place to restrain domestic animals, grazing lands, (includes homes with hobby farms, and non commercial livestock) and their waste from entering the growing area (e.g. vegetative strips, wind breaks, physical barriers, berms, fences, diversion ditches.)?

Answer: No

Auditor Notes: No. Physical measures are not in place to restrian dogs. Note: Auditee stated fences will be posted as soon as irrigation/sprinkler pipes are moved out of the field.

Comments: All housing were fenced and in the meanwhile the was an employee day and night to make sure that no dogs entered the field.

Auditor Notes: Yes. Animal do have access to the water source. Note: Canals are monitored.

Comments: Ranch and water sources were monitored frequently to make sure animals do not get in to our ranch area.

Answer: Yes

Auditor Notes: Yes. Foriegn material was observed around the outside of the ranch. Note: Ranch was fenced.

Comments: Ranch adjacent to public road, fence was place to prevent trash from entrance the field.

Question 09.03 Are entrances to ranch-level roads restricted by gates, chains, guard stations, etc.?

Answer: No

Auditor Notes: No. It was observed ranch had no gate at the entrance.

Comments: All employees are trained in food security and no trasspassing signs are posted at ranch entrance.
