Answer: Yes

Auditor Notes: Yes. There was evidence of 2 dogs in proximity of the growing area.

Answer:  We will partially complete or not complete corrective action(s)

Comments: The dogs are fenced in backyard of nearby residence. The dogs are not allowed out of backyard at anytime. There is no possibility of dogs entering growing area.

Question 06.09 Is irrigation equipment not in use free from pest contamination and stored clean off the ground?

Answer: No

Auditor Notes: No. It was observed that irrigation lines were stored on the ground at the time of the audit.

Answer:  We will fully complete the corrective action(s) by 10/01/2010 (mm/dd/yyyy)

Comments: The irrigation lines will be moved so that they are stored off the ground.
