No. There were no "No Tresspassing" signs posted. Note: Auditee stated they are in the process of putting up their new signs for all their ranches.

No trespassing signs are posted after heavy tractor work is completed on the ranch. Ranches that are located by subdivisions, roadways or areas where pedestrians or animals may exercise have posted signs. All areas where signs are needed will be posted by 12/15/2010.

All ranches do not have restricted gates, chains or guard stations. These are farm roads or public roads, often shared by different growers and Yuma County Water Users personnel. Ranches are located by public roads and cannot be gated or chained. No trespassing signs have been or will be appropriately placed.

Yuma County Water Users delivers water to these ranches and it sources from the Colorado River. It delivers in an open water canal system. Water sanitary surveys are completed monthly to ensure waterways are free of debris/trash, animal intrusion, or any contaminants.
