Yes. There was 2 dogs restrained in proximity of the ranch. Note: East McDaniel Ranch by block 152. Auditee stated they are in the process of building a fence around the ranch.

Domestic animals are restrained in resident yard, a double fencing has beed installed around the residence, daily monitoring of area is done to ensure fencing is intact.

Yes. There was litter around a house adjacent to the ranch (note: it is in the process of being cleaned). Lots near the litter 157 and 152 of the East McDaniel Ranch. Also, there was debris from the HWY 95 lots 151 and 152 had litter from the road.
We have fully completed the corrective action(s)
Litter around the house by lots 152 and 157 is being cleared and cleaned. A double fence has been installed by grower to alleviate trash from residence blowing into production area, Litter along HWY has been removed. The area is inspected daily for debris removal as needed.
