Audit Scope: Ranch Audit-Observe ranch food safety implementation on vegetable production. L & R Corporation does not have barriers to entry of it's fields. The majority of fields either share access with other ranch owners or are adjacent to county, city or water district rights of way and can not be reasonably restricted. All of our fields are clearly posted "No Tresspassing".

The water source used by L & R Corporation is an open canal system, therefore animals do have access. We have no way, at this time, to reasonably limit animal access.

No. Toilets needed to be serviced at the time of the audit. Note: Johnson Ranch toilet observed.
We have fully completed the corrective action(s)
The toilet facility of this ranch was on a once per week service schedule. The audit was performed the day prior to regular service. The regular service was performed and the facility was cleaned and stocked. Since that time, L & R Corporation has asked the service provider to increase service to 2 times per week.
